Career Assessments

We offer multiple different types of career assessments for you to choose from and find out which one best fits your career path.

Personality-Based Test

This assessment follows John L. Holland's theory, which highlights the person's personality and matches it to a job. At the end, you will find out by obtaining a three-letter code that is generated from different types of personality. 

Interest-Based test

This assessment is influenced by Holland's theory of (RIASEC). In the end, you will be able to identify your career interests in six different categories.

Value-Based Test

This assessment is to challenge you to think about what your personal beliefs are in a workplace and what you value the most in the workforce. Understanding your career values will help identify work preferences.
